COVID-19 Hygiene Measures
Dear guests of the Les Palmiers Beach Boutique Hotel,
The following measures have been implemented by the hotel to ensure the utmost safety of our guests and compliance with the guidance issued by the Cyprus government for COVID-19 safety measures. All our staff have undergone training to ensure they are fully aware of the guidelines and know-how to implement them.
Offices / Public Areas / Reception
- Hand sanitizers and relevant signage regarding personal hygiene measures.
- Offices and public areas have been rearranged to ensure compliance with social distancing measures.
- Employees will hold meetings either by phone or online, rather than in person. When this is not possible, meetings will be conducted in a large space, with employees keeping a minimum 2-meter distance.
- There will be mandatory use of masks and gloves by employees whilst in communication, contact and providing a service to our guests.
- Employees have been trained regarding COVID-19 symptoms, control measures and in the use of personal protective equipment.
Housekeeping
- Employees have been trained regarding cleaning procedures as per COVID-19 guidelines.
- All public and sanitary areas will be cleaned and disinfected more meticulously and with special chemicals (cleaning agents, disinfectants etc.)
- All-suite linen (sheets, pillow covers, blankets etc) will be replaced after each use/departure.
- All mattresses have been cleaned and sanitized prior to the hotel opening.
- All carpets have been cleaned and disinfected prior to the hotel opening.
- We ensure there is adequate fresh air ventilation by keeping windows and doors open as much as possible.
Kitchen and Eating areas
